Hailing from La Rochelle in south-west France, Singapore based French chef, Philippe Nouzillat will present traditional French cuisine at its finest with a degustation menu using top quality Tasmanian produce alongside, head chef at Remi de Provence, Joel Robert and wines expertly matched by Remi Bancal. Both evenings will be hosted by leading food commentator and writer for The Australian newspaper, John Lethlean.
