  Meet at the Burnie Farmer's Market at 9 am and walk the fifty something stalls with Simon Bryant while learning what to look for when shopping for local and fresh regional produce. Afterwards, Simon will share his closely guarded recipe secrets at a cooking demonstration where he will work with the produce he has sourced on the tour. The Burnie Farmer's is a reputable and established farmer's market attracting around fifty producers and growers to the Wivenhoe Show Grounds fortnightly with meats, cheeses, fruit, vegetables, spices, flowers and breads.
