Singapore based Belgian chef; Emmanuel Stroobant will create a six course degustation using top quality Tasmanian produce alongside Andre Kropp, head chef, Henry's Harbourside Restaurant at The Henry Jones Art Hotel. The evening will be hosted by leading food commentator and television personality Lyndey Milan. Stroobant's cutting edge style combining Asian flavours with classical French structure will transform Tasmania's quality produce.
