  Australia's most respected chef, Tetsuya Wakuda, will create a six course degustation menu with Simon West, head chef, Meadowbank Estate Restaurant. The evening will be hosted by part-time Tasmanian, Australian Gourmet Traveller's editor at large and all round bon vivant, Leo Schofield AM.
