Savour Tasmania, an epicurean festival showcasing the highest quality Tasmanian produce, will host leading international chefs, Emmanuel Stroobant from Saint Pierre in Singapore, Tetsuya Wakuda from Tetsuya's in Sydney and Shane Osborn and Marcus Eaves from Pied à Terre and L'Autre Pied in London.

Over four consecutive nights, Savour Tasmania's four guest chefs will pay homage to Tasmania's globally acclaimed produce.
