Savour Tasmania, an epicurean festival showcasing the highest quality Tasmanian produce, will host leading chefs such as top Spanish Chef Paco Roncero, Australian culinary icons Maggie Beer and Simon Bryant and many more.
Roncero is Executive Chef and General Manager of Casino de Madrid and The Club de Golf Retamares.
Over the past five years Roncero has published two cook books (Tapas in the 21st Century Gastronomy and Sandwiches and Salads), won numerous Spanish and international awards and spoken at various key industry events around the world.
Maggie Beer and Simon Bryant are known to many Australian households as the ‘Cook and the Chef’ from their popular ABC television series. Together they are a celebration of Australian food, taking inspiration from all over the world as well as serving up traditional Aussie fair.
Over several lunches and dinners at iconic locations across the State, Savour Tasmania's guest chefs will pay homage to Tasmania's globally acclaimed produce.
